Many of the foods we eat are told to work as natural aphrodisiacs by improving either the libido directly, or stimulating the circulatory system. Besides food, there are many aphrodisiac supplements which are told to work as aphrodisiacs. Many of the ingredients are contained in sports and workout supplements. Their efficacy has been highly advertised and praised by the producing companies, but not all of them hold on to what they claim to be.
